Not the best place to work, they don't take the time to train you and the pay is awful, also they'll let you go if they don't think it's your "cup of tea" which goes back to the no training situation and the plant's superintendent thinks he knows it all and won't listen to anything you have to say he thinks that if you don't know how to do something 100% it's called "Not trying".
